Lenovo’s Moto Z Play was stuffed with high-end hardware at an affordable price; and it was no wonder that the mid range smartphone was one of the most popular in 2016. Lenovo hopes to keep up with expectations with its new line of smartphones called the Moto Z2 Play, which is expected to surpass the original.
Rumors have started to emerge about the phones design. The home button will double as a fingerprint sensor with the overall frame slightly thinner. The front and rear camera is expected to remain in place and the device is presumed to support swiping gestures that could replace on-screen navigation keys.
Unfortunately not much is known about the Z2’s specs, but if the Moto Z Play’s specs are anything to go by, the smartphone will definitely stand out above the rest. Luckily you don’t have to wait too long to get your gadget fix, as the Moto Z2 Play is expected to launch as soon as August with shipping starting in September.
