Google keeps pushing the boundaries with new tech and software that many would have thought to be years away. The search engine giant will be the first yet again to roll out a browser for virtual reality.

Chrome for desktop and mobile is well known for its impressive features and simplicity, making one of the most used browsers in the world, so it is no wonder that Google is going the way of virtual reality, giving their users even more options.

Google has not offered a release date as yet, but have mentioned that Chrome for virtual reality would be coming to Daydream headsets later in 2017. Although not everyone on the internet has embraced virtual reality yet, the browser would surely act as a support system for the Daydream headset.

We are sure more developers will find ways for users to explore virtual worlds on their sites in VR by enabling strong virtual reality experiences in Javascript and WebGL as soon as the new Chrome browser is available to all.
